Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of iVox Solutions LLC, the Facility Access Supervisor will oversee the adherence to security protocols at the employee entrance. This role involves engaging with staff upon their arrival and departure, addressing inquiries, guiding them to the correct personnel, and providing assistance with RFID keycard issues.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Full Time – 32 Hours (Primarily Night Shifts)

Part Time – 16 Hours (1 Day, Night)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise the employee entrance area
  • Enforce policies to prevent unauthorized items from being brought into the facility
  • Maintain a non-confrontational approach with individuals entering or exiting
  • Verify that individuals possess the necessary authorization ID/Key card for entry
  • Assist in the issuance and deactivation of RFID keycards for authorized personnel
  • Report any security breaches to the relevant authorities
  • Stay informed on current Security Policies and Procedures to identify non-compliance
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a workstation
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and tools
  • Regular interaction with a flow of personnel
  • Moderate noise levels in the work environment
  • Flexibility to manage shifting priorities
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and physical stamina for tasks that may involve lifting up to 50 lbs or prolonged standing

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

EMPLOYMENT CRITERIA:

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Completion of background checks, including employment verification and drug screening
  • Punctuality, attention to detail, and reliability are essential
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings
  • No recent disciplinary actions if currently employed

COMPENSATION:

Salary: Starting at $13.00 per hour
