Our client, a prominent player in the industry, has tasked us with sourcing a contract Project Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a leading company in the field.
Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation (Range): / hour: Salary
  • Craft and curate content for a pivotal area of new business initiatives.
  • Enhance impactful presentations by considering both the message and the delivery medium.
  • Generate and distribute materials across various organizational communication platforms.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to refine or adjust messaging strategies.
  • Serve as a project manager, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to align objectives and ensure timely project completion.
  • Oversee and maintain an Integrated Services Content Resource Library, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Manage a Presentation Resource library, including relevant assets and materials, while supporting phased optimization approaches.
  • Occasionally lead or assist with special projects as required.
  • Promote and communicate a culture of Excellence, Focus, and Collaboration.


Qualifications

  • Skilled in developing presentation materials along with speaker notes/guides for seamless delivery.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with a keen eye for presentation design.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, occasionally outside regular hours.
  • Proven effectiveness in navigating complex organizational structures and achieving deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction across various disciplines and organizational levels.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and embracing new challenges.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in design, communications, operations, or a related field.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Background in Project Management.
  • Experience in layout and/or graphic design for reports and presentations.
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree.
