Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate activities within the office and workshop while communicating customer expectations effectively.
  • Assist the Project Manager with tasks related to timing, budgeting, quality assurance, and material management.

  • Oversee and direct assignments for subcontractors, monitoring vendor performance closely.
  • Develop and implement plans for smaller projects.
  • Ensure milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Gather data from various sources, including customers and suppliers, to create comprehensive reports.
  • Monitor project status daily and provide updates on completion percentages.
  • Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in coordination or skilled trades is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • An Associate degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Capability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to compile lessons learned for ongoing quality improvement.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
