  • Fostering supplier relationships in partnership with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely delivery for production events.
  • Overseeing work outputs and deliverables to identify potential system and vehicle incompatibilities, while seeking opportunities for enhanced integration, speed, and collaboration.
  • Ensuring transparency around issues and proactively identifying risks, while facilitating ongoing risk mitigation efforts within relevant engineering teams.
  • Setting agendas for critical decision-making at meetings to eliminate bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
  • Supporting key decisions through cross-functional collaboration across engineering, finance, and strategy to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management within hardware engineering or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle, including design, development, validation, and industrialization.
  • Familiarity with the materials, processes, and technologies involved in delivering automotive structural systems or similar products.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive progress across multiple projects in various locations and timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical or supplier industrialization engineering for electric vehicle products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Confluence, and Jira applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment as part of a high-performing team.
  • A systematic approach coupled with a desire for exceptional delivery execution and continuous improvement.
What We Offer:

As a member of the Ford family, you will receive competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, retirement savings plans, stock investment options, incentive compensation, and more. You will also have access to exciting opportunities for professional and personal development and recognition.
