Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
  • Create and curate impactful materials for a critical area of new business development.
  • Enhance high-stakes presentations by carefully considering both the content and the delivery medium.
  • Disseminate materials effectively across multiple organizational communication channels.
  • Identify and propose opportunities to refine messaging strategies.
  • Act as a project manager, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to align objectives and ensure timely project completion.
  • Oversee and maintain an Integrated Services Content Resource Library, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Manage a Presentation Resource Library, including relevant assets and materials, and support optimization efforts.
  • Occasionally lead or assist with special projects as required.
  • Promote a culture of Excellence, Focus, and Collaboration within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in developing presentation materials along with comprehensive speaker notes/guides.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for design and presentation quality.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex organizational structures and delivering results.
  • Outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with various disciplines and levels within the organization.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and embracing new challenges.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in design, communications, operations, or a related field.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Background in Project Management.
  • Experience in layout and graphic design for reports and presentations.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
