We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Dispute Resolution team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a collaborative team of Customer Care agents, distributing workload, and coaching team members on process applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Care agents to achieve business objectives
- Distribute workload based on employee bandwidth and capability
- Coach team members on process applications and partner with manager on department initiatives
- Seek efficiency opportunities and implement new or revised procedures
- Partner with manager to develop and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or previous work experience
- 3-5 years of customer experience
- 3 years of leadership experience (Supervisor, Team Lead, or Manager)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of credit processing methods and procedures
- Proficient in Equifax's disclosure, indicating, verification, maintenance, and ACD functions
- Knowledge of Equifax Operations and products
- Knowledge of NCTUE, Telco, and Commercial preferred
