Route Service Supervisor

UniFirst is seeking a skilled Route Service Supervisor to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and training a team of Route Service Representatives, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train a team of Route Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Negotiate customer contract renewals to ensure long-term relationships and revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and team members to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with leadership and management team members to provide the best customer service and product programs.

Requirements:

  • Results-driven and relationship-focused individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • Valid non-commercial driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
  • Basic computer proficiency and prior leadership, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
