Responsibilities:
  • Establish Relationships: Demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication, and organizational skills, and establish a strong sense of trust among Fotona's growing customer base.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Manage high-volume cold calls to medical practices and med spas, identify decision-makers, and evaluate the buying process.
  • Solution Selling: Determine prospects' business needs and goals to determine solutions, and actively seek out new customers through prospecting, trade shows, virtual and live meetings, and other points of contact.
  • Product Knowledge: Study frequently to remain knowledgeable on products and services offered by Fotona LLC.
  • Travel and Representation: Travel within a territory, as well as attending trade shows, trainings, and other events is required in this role, and represent Fotona with high-level integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience in the Aesthetic industry preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Aesthetic Industry, Capital Equipment, Durable Medical Equipment, and/or Medical Device sales experience preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop qualified appointments, knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies, excellent phone, written, and in-person sales and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic MS Office Suite and computer/internet skills for communications and research, experience using CRM tools, Salesforce preferred.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently to produce results.
Additional Requirements:
  • Travel and Mobility: Ability to drive within the territory daily, ability to travel overnight (30% on average) within the territory and outside of the territory for attendance at national trade shows, trainings, and other events.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters occasionally.
Education and Compensation:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred though not required, competitive salary based on experience and track record, plus uncapped commissions, monthly car allowance and business expenses reimbursed, benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D Insurance, and 401(k) with matching.
