Aesthetic Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aesthetic Sales Manager to join our team at Lumenis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding sales within our existing customer base, as well as prospecting and building pipeline for new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand sales within existing customer base
- Prospect and build pipeline for new business opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers
- Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time
- Forecast and submit sales reports in a timely manner
- Work closely with regional sales leaders to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities and achieve overall sales targets
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or capital equipment sales
- Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth
- Ability to manage quota and close complex sales
- Positive attitude and approach to job responsibilities, team player
- Microsoft applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce experience preferred
