We are seeking a Studio Operations Manager to build new connections and nurture our member community. By creating engaging events and activities within the studio, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our community thrives and stays connected. You will oversee our talented team of fitness instructors and front desk personnel to guarantee exceptional customer service and experiences. As a master planner and relationship cultivator, you will transform our studios into the premier boutique fitness destination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement community events, promotions, and collaborations.
  • Develop marketing strategies for events utilizing digital, social media, and grassroots approaches.
  • Utilize events to enhance client acquisition and elevate brand visibility.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including vendor coordination, venue selection, staffing, and budget management.
  • Monitor event performance metrics such as attendance, leads generated, and revenue.
  • Assist with operational tasks including supply ordering, staff scheduling, and social media support.
  • Engage in lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking efforts.
  • Establish a robust sales process and effective sales funnel.
  • Drive membership and retail sales initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to existing members through in-person interactions, phone calls, and email communications.
  • Become proficient in our management software to assist with client account inquiries and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Reach out to potential clients to schedule classes and facilitate membership enrollment.
  • Ensure all necessary forms, administrative supplies, and studio materials are well-stocked and accessible.
  • Participate in local networking and community events, as well as studio promotions as directed.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the studio owner.
