Business Development Manager

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing our recruitment efforts, nurturing relationships with providers, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of recruiters and oversee team meetings, conduct one-on-one sessions with team members, and collaborate closely with leadership to strategically focus recruitment efforts in areas of need.
  • Maintain a robust provider network while fostering positive relationships with both our clients and provider partners.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement strategies to increase or decrease the volume of availability within the examiner network as needed, based on demand and capacity.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of previous sales experience.
  • 2-3 years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
