About the Role

Vaco is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain target client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Conduct prospecting activities, including phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings, to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate new job orders weekly, aligned with performance objectives.
  • Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment, utilizing Bullhorn to log all activity and notes.
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 0 to 18 months B2B sales and/or recruitment experience.
  • Advanced, relevant experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
