- Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Closely coordinate with commercial property managers to ensure alignment of technical and commercial objectives.
- Liaise with the technical construction department to ensure seamless integration of technical and construction aspects.
- Completed technical education, master craftsman, or further education in facility management, building technology, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of building technology systems and a good understanding of technical operations.
- Interest and ideally experience in new technologies, such as renewable energies and photovoltaics.
- Independent, goal-oriented, and structured work style, with strong communication skills.
- Respectful interaction with business partners and colleagues.
