Job Summary

As a Reliability Assurance Specialist at United States Steel, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of our equipment assets. You will work closely with plant reliability specialists to identify opportunities to increase equipment reliability and develop preventive maintenance documents for critical plant equipment. Your responsibilities will include managing process line hourly planners, conducting weekly communications with plant reliability managers, and coordinating technical writing efforts. You will also assist with field audit techniques and equipment data gathering, and develop and conduct PM document development training.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or a related field, or six or more years of demonstrated knowledge in an electrical maintenance environment. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
