The City of Riviera Beach is seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Center Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role serves as the main liaison for Event Center rental applications, reporting's, and client relations.

$43,000 - $53,000 per year (estimated salary range)


About the Job

As an Event Center Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating site visits, payments, and scheduling with clients. You will also assist the Event Center Manager in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all event attendees.

  • Coordinating events, meetings, and conferences
  • Assisting with financial transactions and record-keeping
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma and three years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid Florida driver's license
