We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Special Events Coordinator Assistant to join our team at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. As an integral part of the Special Events team, this role plays a critical part in supporting the development and implementation of fundraising events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, tracking RSVPs, managing invitations and sponsorship mailing lists, and assisting with event marketing efforts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, donors, and external vendors.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County is a not-for-profit youth development organization dedicated to promoting the educational, vocational, health leadership and character of boys and girls in a safe, nurturing environment. With over 20 locations throughout Palm Beach County, we serve more than 10,000 children ages 6-18.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
