We are looking for a seasoned Industrial Sales Professional with experience in CNC machinery sales to join our team at Swift Placement & Consulting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets in the Cleveland OH region. They will work closely with our suppliers to understand their products and provide expert advice to customers to meet their needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with manufacturers and has a strong background in industrial sales. The role offers a competitive estimated salary of $80,000 per year, plus uncapped tiered commissions that increase as sales grow, and a business allowance to offset transportation and communication costs.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including company-paid medical, dental, vision, short- & long-term disability, and life insurance after the first 90 days, as well as a 401K plan with company match, and other benefits.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with a strong mechanical aptitude;
  • At least 2 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in CNC machinery sales;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
