Territory Manager

As a Field Sales Manager at Preformed Line Products, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Central US territory.
Competitive Compensation:
- The estimated annual salary for this position is $130,000-$160,000, depending on experience and performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned territory.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including distributors, contractors, engineers, and end-users.
- Providing technical support and training to customers, as needed.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends.
- Analyzing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and/or relevant industry experience.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of success in sales growth and customer relationship building.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- The ability to travel regularly, with a minimum of 75% of time spent on the road.
