Job Summary

Little Ruby's Cafe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front-of-house team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and driving revenue growth through effective management of labor, inventory, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Supervise and coach front-of-house staff to ensure they are providing exceptional service and meeting company standards.
  • Oversee the scheduling, training, and development of front-of-house employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
