Executive Assistant/Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team at Atlas Search. This role is a unique blend of administrative support and office management, requiring a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and conference calls, and responding to requests for meetings and appointments.
  • Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and standards, and develop processes to improve overall office efficiency.
  • Procure office supplies and equipment, and manage office access badging, visitor management, and safety and security.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to book heavy travel is essential.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level.
