Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Randstad Staffing. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and Process Accounts Payable
    • Review and prioritize distribution plans for accounts payable checks.
    • Handle inquiries from vendors and resolve issues related to payments.
  • Manage Accounts Payable Documentation
    • File invoices, purchase orders, and relevant documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process Voucher Uploads
    • Upload vouchers using PeopleSoft and correct errors when necessary.
  • Verify Accounts Payable Accuracy
    • Verify the accuracy of accounts payable checks and correct discrepancies.
  • Respond to Employee Inquiries
    • Respond to employee inquiries about expense vouchers and check statuses.
Requirements
  • Strong Computer Skills
    • Proficiency in computer software, including PeopleSoft.
  • High Level of Dependability and Attention to Detail
    • A high level of dependability and attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounts payable processes.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
