Key Responsibilities of the Financial Specialist:
  • Generate and assess precise and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all financial transactions are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely execution and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Facilitate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to resolve financial issues and support business initiatives.

Qualifications for the Financial Specialist:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across departments.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $65,000 – 75,000
