Role Responsibilities:

We are in search of a proficient and driven Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role transcends traditional administrative duties; the ideal candidate will possess experience collaborating with technical teams, including engineering, supply chain, and operations. A strong academic foundation in quantitative disciplines or relevant experience in an engineering context is essential for advancing engineering projects effectively.

Key Duties Include:

  • Administrative Assistance: Deliver thorough administrative support to the CTO, managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and overseeing correspondence.
  • Technical Coordination: Serve as a vital link between the CTO and technical divisions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Management: Aid in the coordination of engineering initiatives, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion. Maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Data Organization: Systematize and preserve technical data, documents, and records. Support data analysis and reporting as required.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Prepare materials for technical discussions, including data compilation, presentation creation, and summarization of key points. Attend meetings, document notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Operational Assistance: Support operational tasks linked to the CTO's projects, including procurement, vendor management, and logistics.
  • Communication Management: Draft and refine technical documents, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CTO, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Special Initiatives: Assist the CTO with special projects and initiatives, providing research, analysis, and recommendations as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience in an engineering setting.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of administrative experience, with a minimum of 1 year working with technical departments. Experience in a robotics, engineering, or tech-focused startup is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of engineering principles and terminology, with the ability to interpret technical documents.
  • Organizational Abilities: Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and meticulousness in all tasks.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within diverse teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor.

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000/year + Equity + Benefits
