Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for interacting with customers and prospects on an executive level and acting as an extension of the client. This role involves selling new services, understanding and communicating agreed upon expectations to all teams, and increasing the market share of business by providing service that meets and exceeds customer expectations, commitment to customer goals, and introducing/selling/implementing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new services to existing and prospective clients
- Understand and communicate client expectations to internal teams
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of closing business in claims and/or managed care services, preferably in the casualty market
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and engage with C-Suite executives
