We are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to join our team at IDM Companies. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our community run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Lead and manage a team of leasing and sales professionals to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue.
  • Oversee all administrative tasks, including lease renewals, move-ins, and delinquency management.
  • Plan and execute resident events to foster a sense of community and improve resident satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and coworkers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure the property is well-maintained and meets company standards.
  • Monitor property performance, income, and expenses to ensure alignment with budget and company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant property management experience, preferably in conventional properties.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in property management software and technology.
  • Strong understanding of preventative and ongoing property maintenance.
