About the Role

At Advanced Technology Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Validation: Perform software validations to ensure that solutions meet the required standards and are free from defects.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Methodology Development: Assist in designing and implementing sound quality and testing methodologies to ensure that our software solutions meet the highest standards.
  • Project Management: Use project management tools to manage tasks and issues affecting localized content, quality, and functionality.
  • Test Case Management: Trace test cases and results back to specific user stories, requirements, and quality risks.
  • Test Process Implementation: Implement test processes on projects, write test plans, procedures, and analyze test results.
  • Exploratory Testing: Dedicate time to exploratory testing and represent the customer voice to development teams.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Help investigate the root cause of system issues and provide mitigation support.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure. Strong organizational and coordination skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable Skills: Familiarity with the Agile software development approach. Knowledge of testing frameworks. Producing testing documentation. Application testing, mobile testing, smoke testing, system testing, etc.
