Job Summary

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting the deployment and maintenance of our IT tools and infrastructure. This role will also contribute to our various IT projects and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure effective communication with end-users, interface with regional IT teams, and serve as a point of contact for IT regional managers.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Operations: Monitor and report on major events, ensure compliance with group standards, and follow issue investigation and remediation procedures.
  • Organization and Management: Organize communication of functional and technical enhancements, manage technical documentation, and ensure adherence to group rules.
  • Technical Expertise: Ensure technical expertise for TRIGO regional solutions, contribute to infrastructure improvement and project implementation, and manage communication and group infrastructure tools.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, Office 365, Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Environment, Linux server, and identity management.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to speak with diplomacy, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Global team spirit, team player, caring for people, open-minded, and customer-focused.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for Microsoft Azure certification.

Education Background

A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
