Job Overview

Position: EMS Program Developer - Senior

Venesco, LLC is seeking an experienced EMS Management Program Developer to support the Army MEDCOM. This position requires specialized knowledge in Emergency Management to assist U.S. Army MEDCOM Command and the Regional Health Commands (RHCs) across various regions.

Security Clearance: A Secret Clearance is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Army Readiness Requirements Coordination (ARRC) Team in the ARRC – Process (ARRC-P) by engaging in planning, programming, program evaluation, and strategic planning activities to enhance military medicine.
  • Conduct operational research, analysis, and data visualization to inform decision-making.
  • Create comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation utilizing advanced PC skills and software applications, effectively communicating information across the organization.
  • Utilize analytic methodologies to integrate and report client data, leading the application of these techniques to define project objectives and strategic direction.
  • Present findings on strategic and operational issues, conducting thorough research and producing various written deliverables including reports and formal process mappings.
  • Analyze strategic, business, and market research data to formulate recommendations that enhance medical readiness within the Army.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and standardize processes to support medical readiness.
  • Evaluate existing measures against desired strategic outcomes and provide data retrieval to support forecasting of Army Medical Readiness requirements.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues in reports, integrating technical knowledge with business requirements.
  • Enhance EMS Systems through comprehensive analytical evaluations and strategic improvements.
  • Lead complex EMS-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Interpret complex data sets using analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop integrated solutions that improve EMS operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for EMS personnel to enhance their skills in line with industry standards.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements in EMS, integrating these tools for improved operational efficiency.
  • Drive innovation in EMS program development, continuously seeking improvement in service delivery.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences, including EMS teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic planning support to document and deploy processes and roles for Army and DOD personnel.
  • Assist in developing guidance for MTF Readiness Plans based on strategic objectives.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred.

Clearance: Secret clearance required.

Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in Army, DOD, or VA Medical program/project management.
  • 5+ years of team management experience.
  • 3+ years in strategic planning.
  • 3+ years in developing military-civilian partnerships.
  • 3+ years of subject matter expertise in Army medical readiness.
  • 3+ years of working knowledge in medical billing and coding.
  • 4+ years of understanding Army enterprise analytic systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in preparing various military documentation.
  • 5+ years of excellent communication skills, including public speaking.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2).
