- Design and implement training programs for EMS personnel to elevate their skills in line with industry standards.
- Stay updated on technological advancements in EMS, leveraging these for improved operations.
- Drive innovation in EMS program development, continuously seeking improvement in service delivery.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Provide strategic planning support to establish clear processes and roles for Army and DOD personnel.
- Assist in developing guidance for MTF Readiness Plans that meet strategic objectives.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred.
Experience:
- 8+ years in Army, DOD, or VA medical program/project management.
- 5+ years in team management.
- 3+ years in strategic planning.
- 3+ years in military-civilian partnership development.
- 3+ years of subject matter expertise in Army medical readiness.
- 3+ years of experience with medical billing and coding.
- 4+ years of understanding Army enterprise analytic systems.
- 5+ years in preparing formal documentation for senior leadership.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2).
