Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in team management.
  • 3+ years in strategic planning.
  • 3+ years in military-civilian partnership development.
  • 3+ years of subject matter expertise in Army medical readiness.
  • 3+ years of experience with medical billing and coding.
  • 4+ years of understanding Army enterprise analytic systems.
  • 5+ years in preparing formal documentation for senior leadership.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
