Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMThis role requires in-office presence.
Overview:
At TPI Staffing, Inc, we understand that effective storytelling is crucial for establishing a brand and fostering connections with audiences. The narrative behind our offerings, from initial concept through to delivery, is essential for cultivating brand loyalty and encouraging repeat engagement. We are seeking a Content Creator who will be tasked with developing engaging material primarily for our digital platforms and utilized across various channels. The ideal candidate will be imaginative, cooperative, and methodical, with the ability to work efficiently. This individual should possess strong interviewing skills to extract insights about our product lines from internal stakeholders and design partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop content for all customer-facing platforms, primarily focusing on the company’s website.
- Craft insightful questions and conduct interviews with a diverse range of individuals, including designers, influencers, and industry experts.
- Translate creative direction and key points from briefs into compelling content concepts.
- Ensure all produced content is free of errors and aligns with the company’s style and voice.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to enhance product descriptions.
- Take initiative and responsibility for the entire production process of your projects, including scheduling interviews, communicating through various channels, and providing regular updates to the eCommerce and Marketing leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content creation, editorial writing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content development and copywriting.
- Proven track record in writing for digital, social media, and print formats.
- Experience in product-focused writing, interviewing subject matter experts, and managing projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage upwards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Basecamp is a plus.
