The Marketing Manager will spearhead and cultivate marketing initiatives that encompass diverse, multi-faceted approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee global, cohesive campaigns across various platforms including digital display, out-of-home advertising, audio, programmatic, and both organic and paid social media.
- Manage budget distribution across different projects and channels, ensuring effective financial oversight.
- Conduct thorough audience and keyword analysis to guide campaign development strategies.
- Propose and execute innovative marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand visibility, engagement, and enhancing conversion rates for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing projects and content strategy.
- Work alongside marketing analytics to monitor and report on engagement and conversion metrics, optimizing campaign strategies accordingly.
- Oversee project management and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on the creation and execution of campaigns and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with content creators and designers to produce compelling marketing assets, including web content, social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and messaging.
- Identify and utilize the most effective marketing resources, channels, and messaging strategies.
- Explore avenues to enhance marketing efficiency through refined audience segmentation, innovative marketing techniques, and streamlined processes.
- Advise and collaborate with the marketing team on website structure and optimization.
- Maintain client websites by updating content, creating new pages, and working with web developers to resolve any webpage issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B marketing.
- Hands-on experience in media planning and buying.
- Experience managing the performance of digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and performance tracking applications (e.g., Google Analytics) is essential.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Proven experience in developing, launching, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns using CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely to find effective solutions.
- Capability to adapt advertisements and campaigns to fit the specific channel utilized.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with traditional/offline advertising methods (e.g., billboards, print).
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms such as Terminus, 6Sense, or similar.
