Join Our Team of Tour Guides and Managers

Harvard Student Agencies is seeking charismatic and knowledgeable students to join our team as Tour Guides and Managers. As a Tour Guide, you will lead groups of visitors through Harvard and MIT, sharing your expertise and passion for these iconic institutions. As a Tour Manager, you will be the face of our company, greeting guests, distributing maps, and providing directions.

We offer competitive pay, starting at $15/hour for Tour Guides and $24/hour for Tour Managers, plus tips. Our training program is comprehensive and engaging, ensuring you have the skills and confidence to excel in your role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead groups of visitors through Harvard and MIT, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless tour operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Current enrollment at Harvard or MIT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
