Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding job on campus? We're hiring Delivery Associates and Sales Associates to join our dynamic team at Harvard Student Agencies.

Delivery Associate Role

As a Delivery Associate, your main responsibility will be to pick up and drop off laundry for our customers, primarily Harvard students. You may also be tasked with laundry pick-ups and drop-offs for businesses around Harvard. Each shift lasts 1-3 hours, depending on the number of laundry bags requested. You'll be assigned to the river, yard, or quad houses based on your familiarity or schedule preferences.

Shift Details
  • Pick-up Shifts: 8am - 12:30pm
  • Drop-off Shifts: 3pm - 9pm

Perks of the Job:

  • Hourly Wage: $20/h for Delivery Associates, $22/h for Senior Delivery Associates
  • Bonuses for Extra Tasks:
    • Empty Water Jugs: $1 per jug
    • Full Water Jugs: $7 per jug
    • Water Coolers/Bubblers: $10 per cooler/bubbler
    • MicroFridges: $20 per fridge
    • BiggerBeds: $25 per bed

Senior Delivery Associates also help train new team members, adding valuable leadership experience to your resume.

Sales Associate Role

Sales Associates are responsible for staffing the storefront from 1pm-3pm, Monday to Saturday. You'll answer customer questions, manage the exchange of laundry bags with our vendor, and update our laundry software.

  • Storefront Shifts: 1pm - 3pm, Monday to Saturday
