Job Description

At Georgia Harm Reduction Coalition, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role will support our managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Support managers and employees through tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive material.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and book conference calls.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Coordinate and comply with office procedures.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
