We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Bistro Du Jour. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

As a Sous Chef at Bistro Du Jour, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a team of culinary professionals and develop their skills
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes
  • Ensure the highest quality of food is served to our guests
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sous Chef
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
