The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of progressive culinary experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens, with a proven track record of training and leading large teams. A passion for training and development, as well as a strong focus on food quality and presentation, is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be offered a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive base salary, quarterly bonus program, and paid vacation.
