Key Responsibilities:
The Pricing Integrity Specialist is tasked with upholding the overall pricing accuracy within the store.

1. Execute daily, weekly, and monthly pricing updates, including modifications to shelf signage and promotional displays.
2. Verify the accuracy of weekly promotional pricing and signage across all departments.
3. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
4. Work efficiently and accurately to support pricing integrity in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications:
To qualify for the Pricing Integrity Specialist position, candidates must:


1. Be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have 1-3 months of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience.

2. Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively manage scanning programs and maintain essential reports and schedules, while understanding billing and accounting principles.

3. Exhibit excellent mathematical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

4. Show a friendly demeanor with a positive attitude, capable of engaging with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

5. Be flexible with work hours as required by business needs.
6. Have the ability to read price tags, create signage, and post pricing information. Good vision is essential for reading and setting signs. Must be capable of using a step ladder and performing tasks such as stapling and scanning to activate new pricing.

7. Be able to lift and transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs. and walk up to 4 miles during an 8-hour shift.

8. Be prepared to conduct repetitive movements such as crouching or kneeling to access items close to the ground for extended periods.
