About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Protection Specialist to join our team at Security Industry Specialists. As an Executive Protection Specialist, you will provide a safe and secure environment for our clients, utilizing advanced planning, threat assessment, and problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and ensure their safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide protective escort and accompany designated executives on all movements, providing body cover to mitigate risk
  • Participate in providing protective service programs as directed for the client principal and other high-risk staff and their families
  • Participate in all ongoing EP operations, including emergency-response actions in the event of crises, emergencies, or threats to designated executives
  • Conduct security threat assessments, reviewing daily schedules and projected travel itineraries to identify potential security and safety-related issues
  • Ensure reconnaissance of locations on the travel itinerary for designated executives are conducted to identify potential risks and countermeasures to mitigate the risk
  • Perform logistical support for the executive's movements, coordinating with hosts, staff, drivers, and others to ensure a seamless and consistent application of protective security measures
Requirements
  • 3 years of law enforcement experience
  • Must be physically fit and active
  • Must be honorably retired or an active law enforcement officer to meet requirements for this position
  • Current Police ID or retirement ID (not expired)
  • CCW
  • California BSIS Security Guard license
  • California BSIS Exposed Firearms license
