Job Title: Senior Employee & Labor Relations Specialist

Stanford University is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee & Labor Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee and labor relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, including investigations and resolutions to employment disputes.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines related to employee and labor relations.
  • Manage collective bargaining agreements and provide advice on labor contract management.
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees, supervisors, and managers on employee relations and compliance.
  • Research and recommend programs to enhance employee and labor relations at the university.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, labor law, or a related field.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in employee relations, labor relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $150,000 to $178,000 per annum.
