Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team and drive culinary excellence in our outlets or banquet kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring our culinary standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open or close a BOH kitchen shift, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality food production.
  • Implement and maintain our culinary standards, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Assist in achieving department financial goals, AES goals, and guest satisfaction goals by driving sales growth, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a leadership culinary role, with a proven track record of success in driving culinary excellence and team performance.
  • Strong guest focus, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic, with a passion for food and a commitment to teaching and developing a diverse workforce.

Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to spend up to ten hours on your feet and lift 35 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
