Position Summary: We are in search of a dynamic, people-oriented Regional Operations Manager who is passionate about hospitality and delivering high-quality, healthy meals. In this role, you will oversee various responsibilities, including:

Engaging with the Community: Exceptional service is key. You will ensure that every guest has memorable experiences that exceed their expectations.

Financial Oversight: A successful organization requires sound financial management. You will be accountable for overseeing your profit and loss statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 7 years of direct management experience is required.
  • Job history should reflect an average tenure of 2-3 years with previous employers.
  • Expertise in managing food costs and inventory.
  • Coordination of food preparation and repairs.
  • Human resources responsibilities and effective people management.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Supervising culinary operations.
  • Conducting interviews and recommending candidates for hiring.
  • Monitoring inventory, quality, and safety protocols.
  • Exhibiting a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
  • Performing financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Generating regular reports on performance.
  • Leading your team with empathy and clarity to foster collaboration.
  • Managing store profitability.
  • Addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and respectfully.

Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to the mission and growth of Greenbar.
  • Adherence to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
  • High standards for visual presentation and detail.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Understanding of a start-up environment and willingness to take on various roles.
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and back-office software (Clover, 7shifts, Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
  • Experience in hospitality management or culinary education is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors with financial accountability.
  • Full responsibility for profit and loss, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Ability to train others on all aspects of operations.
  • Experience in fast casual or fast food industries.
  • Mentoring and developing team members.
  • Willingness to grow within a developing business.
  • Comfort in creating and implementing standard operating procedures.
  • Possession of a food handler's license.
  • Culinary experience or hospitality management education is a plus.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, plus bonuses.
