Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, greeting patients warmly and addressing their concerns in a professional manner.
  • Manage patient flow, schedule appointments, and update records in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers and administrative staff.
