Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director - ABA Therapy. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our clinical initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients receiving ABA therapy services
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians in implementing treatment plans, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions and track client progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including related service providers and teachers, to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong management and organizational abilities
