About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care, managing a team of veterinarians, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a talented team of veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical performance, patient outcomes, and business results
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience
  • Mentor and develop the skills of junior veterinarians, promoting career advancement and professional growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in veterinary medicine, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. Our hospitals are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offer a wide range of services, including surgery, dentistry, and preventive care.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $115,960 - $185,640 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
