We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Director in a permanent placement role. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package commensurate with experience.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for developing, leading, documenting, and directing clinical care delivered by professional and paraprofessional nursing personnel in accordance with applicable nursing standards of care and practice.
  • This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient medical and psychiatric needs with a focus on providing high-quality patient-focused care.
  • You will serve as the liaison between patients and their families, educating them regarding treatment plans and promoting effective communication.
  • Floating within units is required, and various shifts are available.

Requirements:

  • A valid Washington State license to practice as a Registered Nurse or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.
