Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director - Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working closely with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Prescribe and administer medications as needed, gather and maintain patient information and records, and obtain social or medical history from patients, relatives, or other professionals.
  • Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.

Requirements:

  • Education: MD/DO degree with a focus in psychiatry and prior experience in general psychiatry and/or forensic psychiatry.
  • Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in assessing and treating mental health conditions, including psychosis, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders.
