As a Generator Service Engineer, you will be engaged in hands-on fieldwork, interacting directly with our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing both large and small-scale power generation systems, as well as conducting routine maintenance on critical power equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance on industrial generators, transfer switches, and fire pump engines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on various equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding repairs and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Field Service Team and Administrative Staff on diverse projects.
- Transport tools and equipment to job sites, ensuring safe handling of items weighing up to 130 pounds.
- Maneuver trailers and vehicles in various environments.
- Be available for emergency service calls, including after-hours and weekends.
- Participate in ongoing training and development as required.

Essential Competencies:

- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with database management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of field experience in electrical repair.
- Hands-on experience with diesel engines and motors.
- Technical degree or certification in a relevant field.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, or related industries.
- Understanding of technical terminology.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
