Hospitality CPM Seeks Project Management Lead

We are hiring a seasoned Project Management Lead to lead multiple construction projects from planning to execution. The successful candidate will have experience in construction project management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all project-related tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, procurement, operations, real estate, legal, and other departments.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Three+ years' experience in capital project management and/or general construction field.
  • BA/BS degree in design, construction, or engineering or experience in construction management.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
