Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished Construction Superintendent to join Michael Page's leading Southeast general contractor as a Senior Project Coordinator. With a focus on innovation, responsibility, and client satisfaction, our company has established itself as a national leader in quality work and exceptional leadership. As part of our team, you will oversee the direct supervision of field labor forces, collaborate with project managers, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 6+ years of commercial construction experience, proficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook. Your expertise should include knowledge of MEP & FP systems and a proven track record of managing complex projects over $5 million.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of Owners, Architects/Engineers, and Partners.
  • Develop and maintain site logistics plans in coordination with Project Managers.
  • Ensure Safety and Health Management Program implementation and adherence.
