About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Land Development Manager to oversee the development of our residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, within budget and to a high standard.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct due diligence and participate in feasibility studies.
  2. Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  3. Coordinate with contractors and municipalities to ensure project progress.
  4. Monitor construction progress and identify potential delays or risks.
  5. Ensure accurate lot delivery dates and communicate effectively with management.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in land development or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with the Nashville, TN homebuilding market.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
